United States and worldwide depending on where you shop. We offer Standard Shipping (within 3 days) to the U.S. on our website and we ship to over 200 countries if you shop via our Amazon store. See our Shipping and Delivery section for more information.

We accept most major debit and credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express) along with express checkout via PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Your confirmation email should automatically be sent to you once payment has gone through. If you cannot find this in your primary inbox, please check your "promotions" tab (if using gmail), spam folder or click on "All Mail" to see if it has ended up in another folder. If it is still not there, then please contact us and we will investigate this further.

If you are using a debit or credit card, the issue is likely with your bank. Please get in touch with them to resolve the issue or alternatively try using another payment method.

Once your order has been sent to us, we work our hardest to get these to you as quick as we can. This means that we're unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. Please check that you are happy with your product selection and delivery address before you check out.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been placed. Please double check your address during checkout. Once your order is delivered to your selected address, you will be responsible for retrieving it.
If your order is returned to us due to a non-delivery or incorrect address, then it will be automatically canceled and refunded, minus original postage fee.

Our microfibre tops are made from post-consumer recycled plastic (polyester), printed using water-based inks and attached to a natural tree rubber backing (contains latex).

Our Pilates Reformer Mats fit most perfectly Merrithew SPX Reformers and Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers. However, they will still fit nicely on a standard Pilates Reformer of any brand.
