RETURNS & REFUNDS

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under the following circumstances:

  • The item has been purchased via the HavoBody website
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused with tags and in its original packaging
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains a copy of the return request and receipt/proof of purchase

Easy Returns!

  1. Apply for a return here. You will need your order number for this.
  2. Once you have applied for this, our friendly team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with your pre-paid returns label and instructions.
  3. Follow the instructions and return all items in their original packaging. You will be notified once we've received your return.

Please note that returns will need to be sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong. Unfortunately we do not offer free or local returns but do hope to offer this service in the future. Once you have requested your return, we will provide an unpaid address label to print for your convenience.

The cost of postage is not covered and therefore choice of postage provider is down to you although we recommend posting at a location that can provide proof of postage receipt and an appropriate level of tracking. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 21 days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@havobody.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable, however, products purchased using our gift cards will follow the same process in our refund policy. If refund is approved, your payment will be refunded back onto your gift card.
