HavoBody processes and dispatches all orders within 1-2 business days following verification of payment. Delivery is then calculated based on business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

TAXES & DUTIES

Some countries charge a duty or tax fee on imported packages over a certain value. If your HavoBody order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be asked to pay additional Customs/Duties and Taxes before receiving your order. Please check with your local customs office for your country's tax specifications before placing your order, as HavoBody will not be responsible for any tax payments.

If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you are not able to arrange this before their deadline, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct any shipping expenses incurred by us to return the package. We will then refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.
