Our Refund Policy
We absolutely stand by our products. We designed them to their highest quality, and carry out inspection checks before each restock. However, as our mats are partly hand-crafted, there are bound to be imperfections here and there. If you're not satisfied with your Pilates Reformer mat, we would happily offer a refund or exchange within 28 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on delivery costs or gift cards. However, products purchased using gift cards will still be eligible for refunds or exchanges if faulty. In this case, we can only refund credits back onto the gift card itself or offer an exchange on the product.
Please ensure that your item is in the same condition as you received it - unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Once we've received the return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Apply for a return here. You will need your order number for this.
- Once you have applied for this, our friendly team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with your pre-paid returns label and instructions.
- Follow the instructions and return all items in their original packaging. You will be notified once we've received your return.
